Just because you write your own music doesn’t mean you can’t star in another artist’s music video. It’s been done time and time again, but let’s face it–hitting pause when we spot a local artist in another band’s music video still gets us every time.

From Kjwan playing extras in their own visual for “One Look,” Autotelic recruiting some of their closest friends in music to mosh to “Gising,” to a surprise split-second spot in Reese Lansangan‘s “St. Petersburg,” there simply is no better way to show support for your friends in the scene than starring in their music videos.

How many of your favorite local artists can you spot in these videos? Sound off in the comments below!
